Packaging and labelling

Packaging and labelling

Counted, bottled, capped, sealed and labelled. The last stretch of the line, run in the same building as the first.

Counting line feeding bottles on the packaging floor

Counted and bottled

Finished capsules are counted into bottles on the counting line, then capped and sealed. Because counting, bottling and labelling sit on the same floor as blending and filling, a batch does not change hands between the fill and the finished pack.

Label application

Labels are applied on the labelling line, using labels you supply. Artwork, claims and compliance stay with you and your label printer; what happens here is that the right label goes onto the right lot, recorded against the same batch.

Why one roof matters here

Splitting packaging out to a separate facility adds a handoff at the worst possible point: after the product exists but before it is sealed and identified. Keeping it in the building removes that handoff and keeps one batch record across the whole run.
