What does contract manufacturing mean here?
You bring the formula and we manufacture it for you. It stays your formula and your brand; we run the blending, filling, finishing, packaging and labelling.
What formats can you make?
Capsules, powders and liquids. Capsules are filled on an NJP-2000 in sizes 00, 0 and 1, in vegetarian or gelatin shells. Powders are blended on V-blenders and ribbon mixers. Liquids are mixed, filled, capped, sealed and labelled.
What capsule sizes do you fill?
Sizes 00, 0 and 1. Which one suits your product depends on the dose and the density of the blend, so it is usually decided alongside the formula rather than before it.
Vegetarian or gelatin capsules?
Both. Vegetarian shells are typically HPMC, made from plant cellulose; gelatin shells are animal derived. The choice affects who your product is suitable for as well as how it behaves in manufacturing.
Is the facility FDA registered?
Yes. The facility is FDA registered and GMP certified. SQF certification is in progress: a planned addition, not a certification held today.
Do you do the labels?
Labels are applied here, on the labelling line, using labels you supply. Artwork and label compliance stay with you and your printer.
Can I see the facility?
Everything happens under one roof in Carroll County, Georgia. Ask us about arranging a visit and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you keep batch records?
Yes. Batch records and full traceability across the run, so a lot on a finished bottle can be traced back to the materials that went into it.
Do you help with the formula?
We offer formulation support, aimed at making a formula manufacturable: format, capsule size, shell type and how the blend will behave. You keep your formula.
How long does manufacturing take?
The typical timeline is 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. Where a run sits in that range depends on the format, the run size and how quickly raw materials arrive.
