Two kinds of blender, for two kinds of problem

We run both V-blenders and ribbon mixers, because they do not do the same job. A V-blender tumbles the batch and is gentle on granules and friable material. A ribbon mixer drives an auger through the bed and is what you want for a blend with a wide spread of particle sizes or a very small active that has to be distributed evenly. Choosing between them is part of the work, not an afterthought.

Precision weighing is the whole game

A blend is only as good as what went into it. Every ingredient is weighed against the batch record before it goes near a blender, and the record follows the batch through to the finished pack. That is what makes a powder reproducible from one run to the next, which is the thing your customers actually notice.

Packed the way it will be sold

Finished powder is packed into the format your product needs, including a custom scoop matched to your serving size. Get the scoop wrong and every serving your customer measures is wrong with it, so it is specified against the finished blend density rather than picked off a shelf.
