Batch records and full traceability
Every run carries a batch record from raw material through to finished pack. That is what lets a lot on a bottle be traced back to what went into it and when. It is the question you never want to be asked and never want to be unable to answer.
Inline inspection
Metal detection runs inline on the bottling conveyor, and capsules are inspected after polishing. Checks that happen inside the line catch problems while the batch is still in the building rather than after it has shipped.
Registered and certified
The facility is FDA registered and GMP certified. SQF certification is in progress: a planned addition, not something held today, and it is described that way everywhere on this site.
